Kimberly Petschen walks between worlds—a seasoned enterprise transformation leader who answered the call to become an intuitive healer and coach. With over 35 years of experience across technology, product development, and organizational change management, Kimberly now guides recovering workaholics, entrepreneurs, and young leaders on journeys of authentic transformation.

Kimberly's corporate journey culminated as Vice President of Agile Delivery at FOX Corporation, where she led transformation efforts and mentored teams through periods of significant change. Before FOX, she served as an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach for multiple national clients including AT&T Entertainment Group and Blue Cross Blue Shield, specialized in Scaled Agile Transformations, and held leadership roles at Universal Orlando Parks Technology, Disney Parks and Resorts Digital, and numerous other organizations where she drove innovation and operational excellence.
Today, as an intuitive life coach, writer, speaker, and healer, Kimberly creates sacred spaces where her clients discover their divine essence. Her transition from corporate strategist to spiritual guide wasn't accidental—it was the natural evolution of a soul determined to help others find wholeness beyond their professional identities.

Between the lakes of Minnesota, the Sierra Nevada foothills, ancestral Texas soil, and Florida's healing waters, Kimberly is creating seasonal sanctuary retreats for those ready to step into their authenticity. Her first inspirational book for leaders arrives Summer 2025, with a second following in Fall—written testimony to the transformation she embodies.
